Born and bred Londoner Chef Alyn Williams opened his eponymous restaurant at The Westbury in late 2011. Within the first six months of opening its doors it was awarded its first Michelin Star, followed by the very prestigious four AA Red Rosette Award, an impressive top ranking in the UK’s 100 Best Restaurants and National Chef of the Year award for Alyn. ‘Alyn Williams at The Westbury’ offers an elegant setting coupled with exquisite dishes sourced from local farms and artisan British producers. The restaurant also features 2 exclusive private dining rooms, The Wine Room surrounded by 600 bottles of wine and Aspen Room with maximum capacity of 22 guests.
The super chic award-winning Polo Bar is inspired by Art Deco design with Swarovski Crystal fittings and custom Fendi detailing in which to enjoy an extraordinary selection of food, wines, cocktails and Champagne.
